Overview

WeCare Home Solutions is a live public website for a local appliance-repair business in Kashmir. The work covers service discovery, brand-specific pages, service areas, and a way for customers to request a callback.

The Problem

The business needed a public website customers could use to understand the services, see which brands and areas were covered, and ask for help without relying only on a phone number passed around by word of mouth.

Context

This is a local service business, not a SaaS product. The job was to make the existing repair work easier to find and easier to inquire about — not to invent an operations platform.

What I built

2. 02Service pages for the main appliance categories
3. 03Brand and service-area coverage so local search queries have a clear destination
4. 04A callback / inquiry path so customers can request help from the site

Technical approach

I treated it as a service-business website: clear information architecture, pages that match how people actually look for a repair, and a straightforward way to convert a visit into an inquiry.
